Many times customers are interested in knowing how many participants were on their conference call or how long were they on the call. With Zip Conferencing you can get the details of your conference call emailed to you when the call has been completed. This is just one of many of the features you can control using the online tools supplied as part of the service. This particular feature is a conference option you can set up on a conference. And you can set it up so it only works on the one conference call or every one. Here are some of the options you can control accessing your account online.
Entry/Exit Tones – You can decide if you like to have a tone play when a participant joins or exits your conference call. You can set it so that the tones only play when someone enters the call. Or you can set it so they only play when someone exits. O r you can have it play for both entry and exit or not at all. You can even have the system record the participants name when the join the meeting and have that play instead of the tones.
Music on Hold – If you would prefer that participants not be able to talk to each other until you join the call you can set the system to play hold music before you join the meeting. And if you don’t want the participants to be able to talk with each other when the meeting is over you can also set the system to disconnect the call when you leave.
Post Conference Report – And if you want to have all the details of your conference call emailed to you upon completion of your meeting you can select the post conference report option. You will receive an email that shows the participants, their entry and exit times and even the number they were calling from when they joined the call.
